Installation :

Download the file and extract the default.dll located in the folder of the Channel you are on.

Navigate To :

C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Local Settings\Application Data\Google\Chrome\Application\VersionNumber\Themes\

note:Note: -Change UserName to your PC’s user name
-the theme works only in dev chrome
- make sure your browser is updated
