Aero x clean version for win7

hi everyone!

important updates :
the start menu was improved( the size of the program list,and the readability of the text in the place list)
a new color was added purple
the show desktop button was changed
the text in the jump lists is now more readable



this is a corrected and improved version of aero x

corrections\ improvement:

-a new caption buttons
-a clean start menu look
-address bar, search bar and start menu glows "special thanks to ~nopd11"
-a clean windows borders look
-a new jumplists look
